Post Summary

The primary purpose of this post is to contribute to Philosophy teaching, research, and administrative activities within the School. The successful applicant will have an established record of excellence in teaching and research in Philosophy and will be expected to contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, interdisciplinary curricular development, as well as student supervision and mentoring.

Post Status: 5 Year Fixed Term, Tenure Track

Department/Faculty: School of Social Sciences and Philosophy, Department of Philosophy

Location: Trinity College Dublin, The University of Dublin, College Green, Dublin 2, Ireland

Reports to: Head of Discipline and Head of School

Salary**:** Appointment will be made on Assistant Professor Salary Scale (109) commensurate with qualifications / experience and in line with Public Sector Pay Policy [€41,500 –€99,550 per annum] https://www.tcd.ie/hr/assets/pdf/monthly-academic.pdf
