Currently are recruiting a full time Retail sale assistant that will join the Sale team.
The job will be available from January. Training will be provided.
Main responsibilities of role include:
* Meeting and greeting customers,advice customers on purchases,answers customers queries.
*Stock control and keeping stock records.
*Assisting with face to face, telephone or online queries.
*Liaising with suppliers,to include placing orders,monitoring deliveries of order placed.
*Producing quotations in the shop with customers or online.
*Processing sales transaction and dealing with refunds.
Qualifications / Experience Required:
* Customer service and Sales experience.
* Experience of using Sage 50 Accounts or similar software will be an advantage.
* Excellent verbal communication skills
*To be through and pay attention to details
