Pre-Sales Solution Consultant - LN01

Responsibilities:
- Drive Solution Design: Act as the primary customer contact during the sales cycle, leading solution design discussions.
- Lead Presales Activities: Manage the end-to-end presales process, including technical proposal preparation and tender management.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to RFP Responses: Maintain high-quality design standards for timely and effective solution delivery.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Balance presales, technical support, and service fulfillment tasks to meet client needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Networking and ICT solutions.
- Telecom Knowledge: Familiarity with various Telecom products such as MPLS, IEPL, Metro Net, and Internet is advantageous.
- ICT Products: Knowledge of ICT products like Cisco, Avaya, Ali Cloud, and AWS Cloud is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Work Approach: Exhibit a customer-centric, cooperative, and proactive attitude.
