Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Application Managers, and the technical team to assess business needs, plan solutions, and analyze impacts
• Design high-level and conceptual solutions by analyzing business trends, strategies, and project needs, while leveraging enterprise architecture frameworks
• Ensure integrated, seamless solutions across applications and infrastructure
• Extract and synthesize information from various sources to create architectural diagrams and viewpoints
• Evaluate solution options based on functionality, risk, cost, and benefits
• Align project systems or infrastructure with enterprise architecture, resolving mismatches collaboratively with teams
• Document solution designs using a structured framework, encourage reuse and design pattern adoption
• Advocate and educate teams on enterprise architecture principles
• Collaborate with Technology and Architecture teams to drive innovation aligned with strategic goals
• Lead and mentor junior architects/ developers, guiding their technical and personal development

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years hands-on project solution architecture experience in large scale projects
• Proficient knowledge in cloud-based architecture, application development methodologies and design framework is a must
• Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements is must
• Familiar with large scale enterprise level architectural solutions that complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies is a must
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams is a must
• Significant practical experience or good understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders up to the executive level
