Reports to: Global Sales Manager, HKG and GBA
- Manage and grow an assigned global portfolio to meet organizational goals
- Demonstrate leadership in corporate sales and contribute to team budget achievement
- Implement strategies for each account to drive revenue and set performance targets
- Forecast revenue on a quarterly basis and address any negative trends with corrective actions
- Conduct proactive quarterly reviews with clients to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ensure incentive levels support long-term sustainability of partnerships
- Identify optimization areas for account performance through strategic discounting
- Collaborate regularly with travel managers and teams to enhance communication and revenue generation
- Maintain strong relationships with account managers to support operational and training needs
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions, promoting a positive brand image
- University degree in a relevant field
- 7-10 years of sales experience in a global context
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective leadership qualities
- High analytical capabilities and commercial awareness
- Advanced negotiation skills balancing client needs with business objectives
- Knowledge of revenue management principles for optimizing agreements
- Proficient presentation skills for engaging stakeholders
- Innovative and creative mindset to enhance sales opportunities
- Experience in designing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong time management skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
