Head Baker / Senior Baker

Job Duties
- Have an in-depth knowledge on Sourdough
- Prepare ingredients needed for daily production of pastries and baked goods
- Prepare and assist in production of sourdough, cakes, pastry and other baked products
- Develop new and unique recipes to feature on the menu
- Source, operate and maintain good condition of baking equipments and tools
- Assist in the record of inventory and supplies of pastries and baked goods
- Participate in sourcing, purchasing, receiving and stock taking as necessary
- Monitor cost of goods
- Maintain a safe and clean work area as according to health department regulations and company standards
- Head Baker - At least 5 years experience in confectioneries and bakery goods.
- Senior Baker - At least 3 years experience in confectioneries and bakery goods.
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
- Good work ethic
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident or with a valid dependent visa
- 6-day off a month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
