Job Duties

• Support the team in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare dishes according to menu specifications with minimum food wastage
• Maintain company standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
• Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas
• Maintain a safe and clean work area as according to health department regulations and company standards

Requirements

• At least 1 year relevant work experience
• Must be passionate in food & beverage industry
• Proactive and self-motivated. We appreciate a 'can-do' attitude
• Clean and efficient at work
• Good communication skill and good team player
• Attention to details
• Can communicate in English
• Must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident or with permission working in HK
