Chef De Partie (CDP)

Job Duties
- Support the team in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications with minimum food wastage
- Assist in placing ordering and stock taking
- Keep workplace hygenic, neat & tidy
- Maintain excellent standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area as according to health department regulations and company standards
- At least 2 years relevant work experience for CDP
- Proactive and self-motivated. We appreciate a 'can-do' attitude
- Good communication skill and good team player
- Excellent personal hygiene
- Attention to details
- Can communicate in English
- Must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident or with permission working in HK
- 6 day-off a month
