Job Requirements
  • Vocational Training of Professional Cooking in Western Cuisine 曾接受職業先修或相關專業西式廚藝訓練
  • 5 years working experience in kitchen of high-end hotels or Western restaurants 5年高級酒店或西餐廳經驗
  • Good command of oral English or Cantonese 流利英語或粵語會話


    Job Duties
    • Properly handle food, equipment and utensils 正確處理食物、工具及器皿
    • Prepare food according to Chef’s specification and recipes 根據廚師的要求和食譜準備食物
    • Set up daily mise-en-place 事先準備好每天的食材和工具
    • Assist in sample cooking of new dishes and establish recipe standards 協助試作新菜式及訂立食譜標準
    • Work closely with the Sous Chef and assist in food requisition to ensure sufficient stock but no wastage 與主廚緊密合作並協助安排食材，確保有充足存貨及避免浪費
