Job Title: Technology Solutions Specialist - Salesforce
Location: Hong Kong Island
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technology Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with both offshore and client teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions, ensuring that applications meet client standards and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with offshore and on-site teams to support, build, integrate, and deliver technology solutions.
Monitor Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure application solutions adhere to client policies and quality standards.
Production Support: Provide effective production support, ensuring that handover materials are well-prepared for seamless transitions.
Incident Management: Communicate with clients on-site to manage incidents and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
Team Supervision: Supervise the offshore team to deliver application maintenance support.
Proactive Monitoring: Monitor application production incidents and resolve them within agreed service levels.
Service Request Management: Manage the BAU support team to effectively handle service request tickets.
Root Cause Analysis: Assist Incident and Problem Management teams with root cause analysis and propose effective resolutions.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Salesforce Expertise: 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, an of the following:

• Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• APEX class development
• Data object models (standard and custom objects, relationships)
• SOQL and SOSL development
• Salesforce Lightning components and framework
• ETL processes integrated with Mule Soft applications

Technical Skills: Proficient in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Good to Have: (optional)
Database Knowledge: understanding of relational databases, particularly:

• Microsoft SQL (SQL/PLSQL)
• MS Access
• Oracle

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Open Shift
• CI/CD
• Jenkins
• Node JS
• Java
• React JS

Cloud Proficiency: Understanding of Azure Cloud services, including:

• Azure ADB2C
• Azure Key Vault
• ADLS
• Azure Dev Ops

Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as:

• Kibana
• Dynatrace
