Human Capital Management & Administration - Assistant

- Assist in a full spectrum of human resources and administrative duties, including recruitment and compensation and benefits.
- Participate in job fairs, student trainee programs and other recruitment related activities and conduct staff induction & orientation.
- Assist in payroll calculation, benefits, medical insurances, taxation & MPF administration, leave attendance record.
- Handle petty cash claims and answering enquires from colleagues.
- Prepare Human Resources reports and analysis timely and accurately.
- Take part in different staff engagement activities (e.g. Annual Dinner, Volunteer Activities) and other ad hoc projects as required.
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 1 year’ solid experiences in a sizable company, preferably from engineering or construction industry
- Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Power Point, MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Complete assigned tasks in an efficient manner
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Candidates with more experience will consider as Executive
- Immediate available is highly preferred
