Commercial Manager/ Contract Manager

- Supervise all the project commercial matters and QS which are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and maximize profitability & sustainable growth of the company business
- Establish robust commercial management systems on revenue, cost, cashflow, changes, claims, subcontracting and subletting
- Responsible for providing quantity surveying services including preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tenders, contracts and financial statements, final accounts and settlement of claims
- Coordinate closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective commercial management
- Execute effective commercial and contractual plans to protect the Company's interests and maintain positive clients' relations
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or an equivalent discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant working experiences in commercial management and quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale fitting-out projects in Hong Kong
- Strong understanding of contract law, tendering, and negotiation processes
- In-depth knowledge of construction contract, cost management and commercial best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Member of HKIS/RICS or equivalent would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Immediately available is preferred
