- Assist in managing the sales agencies to provide quality advertising sales services for the East Rail Line, Tuen Ma Line, High Speed Rail, Light Rail, and MTR Bus to achieve revenue targets while maintaining safe operational standards
- Assist in securing timely approvals related to the media business, ensuring efficient implementation, logistics, and arrangements to enhance advertising sales performance
- Develop and implement Online Merge Offline (OMO) strategy for campaign formation to integrate with the new MTR advertising ecosystem
- Monitor current market trends in new technologies applicable to MTR Advertising and actively collect information on advancements in the media industry
- Facilitate and drive sales agencies in launching new advertising formats, creative concepts, and campaigns to enhance advertising sales performance and elevate the MTR Advertising brand
- Provide support to managers on media business and operational business activities
- Degree in Business Administration / Media and Communications / Marketing or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in advertising / media
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt, detail-oriented, with a creative and analytical mindset
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Well-versed in key trends and developments in media industry
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
