Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer

- 5.5-day work week with alternate Saturday off

- Manage the full scope of budget, design, production & site work from concept development to construction oversight.
- Create and present design documentation, including detailed drawings and material selection.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Review and coordinate fitting-out details to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture from accredited institutes
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, in design coordination and management of private or large-scale residential / hospitality / commercial projects, e.g. clubhouse, office, retail etc...
- Capable of handling projects independently from the design coordination to project completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution
- Proactive, energetic and able to complete the assigned tasks efficiently
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese
- Proficient in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Enscape/ 3D max, Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
- Strong sensibility to graphic design, FF&E, art and decoration
- Less 2 experience will consider Candidate with less experience is also welcome and will be considered for assistant Interior Designer
- Willing to travel to PRC regularly
