- Handle day-to-day human resources operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding support, document preparation, benefits management, employee mobility, leave management, and employee data management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle employment visa applications and visa renewals
- Assist the team head in reviewing and streamlining the workflow to enhance value and efficiency
- Support human resources-related projects, exercises, and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal human resources teams to execute daily processes and procedures
- Support in resolving employees’ human resources-related inquiries and cultivating a customer-oriented culture
- Provide coaching and development to the team to drive performance excellence
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
- Degree holder, Human Resources related discipline is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Solid experience in employment visa applications and visa renewals
- Familiar with the HRIS system
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player
- High integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and employee information
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, e.g., Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is required
