We are currently seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service representative for a renowned car rental company to work remotely from Greece. You will engage with Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about car rentals, managing bookings, and addressing any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat communications in Italian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding car rental services, bookings, and policy explanations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Guide customers through the reservation process, including vehicle selection and payment options.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
  • Interest in travel and car rental services is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
