Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Japanese.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding the note-taking application and its features.
- Resolve user issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Guide users through application setup, usage, and troubleshooting processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve product knowledge and customer service quality.
- Stay updated on application developments and user trends to provide informed assistance.
- Fluency in Japanese (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Interest in productivity tools and technology is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
