Icelandic Speaking Technical support for collection of apps - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to the apps.
- Assist users with inquiries about app features and functionalities.
- Carefully document customer interactions and solutions in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to enhance app performance and support strategies.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential, along with proficient English language skills.
- Prior experience in technical support or a related role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation support provided.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with customer support or helpdesk software is a plus.
