Icelandic speaking B2B Technical support for streaming service - Athens, greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional B2B technical support to Icelandic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to the streaming service.
- Assist clients with inquiries about service features and best practices for usage.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and resolve escalated issues.
- Identify recurring problems and provide feedback on potential improvements to enhance client experience.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential, along with good proficiency in English.
- Experience in B2B technical support or related IT fields is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, focusing on customer service.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
