Are you a skilled communicator with great customer contact, and do you dream of working in one of Europe's most historic and charming cities?
We are seeking a dedicated and service-minded Icelandic-speaking customer service agent to join us in Greece!
Workplace: From our office in Athens, Greece
️ Start Date: ASAP
As a customer service agent, you’ll be part of a dynamic Icelandic team, handling inquiries from customers for big international brands .
Your primary tasks will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
️ Recording and updating customer data in our system.
Qualifications:
Fluent or C2 level in Icelandic (written and spoken).
English C1 level.
️ Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities.
️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges.
Good technical skills.
