The Position

L’Oréal LDB Greece is looking for an Educator to join the Business Development team, reporting to the Education Manager.

You will

• Develop and implement O+O training programs aligned with the division strategy, brand strategies as well as commercial channel strategies.
• Organize and set the upskilling plan with the right content & formats considering the target audience.
• Design and deliver training programs. Your target audience will consist primarily of skincare advisors, pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and pharmacy owners.
• Seek out for new learning technologies, methodologies and best practices to keep our training programs at the forefront of the industry.
• Be responsible for the development, adaptation and maintenance of all training materials & tools, including digital assets, presentations and online training platform, ensuring they are up-to-date, engaging and effective.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging training technologies.
• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders (eg. Marketing, Commercial, Medical).
• Provide training to the sales team (e.g. Commercial Representatives on products, …).
• Develop O+O training materials on Dermatological Beauty category and increase the expertise of internal & external stakeholders in category understanding.

• Excellence in designing, developing and delivering engaging and effective training programs, preferably both in-person and online.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry or Pharmacy (scientific degree is an asset).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in education, training, or a related field, preferably within the beauty or pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in English
