attica department stores is currently in search of highly motivated and organized individual to join our Wholesale Cosmetics Department for our central offices in Athens.

Role Purpose: The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales reporting and buying procedures, as well as stepping in to assist with training the beauty advisors team. This is a dynamic position, ideal for someone looking to grow within the cosmetics industry.

Key accountabilities:
Support the ordering process for cosmetics products.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, new products, and sales opportunities within the beauty industry.
Assist in the preparation and execution of training programs for cosmetic products, ensuring beauty advisors are well-prepared and knowledgeable.
Support the design of presentations and training materials, collaborating with the Manager to create effective learning content.
Assist with field coaching and on-site training, ensuring beauty advisors receive hands-on guidance and support in their roles.
Manage communication with suppliers, customers and the retail network to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports for promotional activities, discounts, and other strategic initiatives, helping the team track success and adjust strategies.
Analyze sales results and create detailed sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive performance.

Skills/Experience Required:
Previous experience in Buying, Training or a similar role within the beauty/cosmetics industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly Excel.
A passion for beauty products and the cosmetics industry is a plus.
