Executive Assistant with HR Responsibilities (5764/EAHR/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:
Provide support to senior management with a focus on coordinating and organizing daily operations and strategic projects.

Oversee administrative procedures, correspondence, corporate documents, and file management.

Support the management team in implementing several projects and communicate with external partners to ensure timely completion

Actively participate in HR-related processes and initiatives, such as supporting development and organizational HR efforts.

Organize and coordinate corporate meetings, seminars, and other events.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Good command of the English language.
