ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a Greek technology group of companies offering a wide range of tailor-made software solutions and specialized ICT strategy consulting services, is seeking for an experienced React Developer .

React Developer (5780/RD/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:
Design and implement high-performance, responsive user interface components using React.js and related technologies.

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Ensure best practices in code quality, optimization, and reusability, including conducting code reviews and supporting continuous improvement.

Work closely with product owners and designers to finalize user experiences and user interfaces, ensuring seamless and intuitive designs.

Take ownership of product features, writing technical documentation, and guiding less experienced developers as needed.

Contribute to task estimation and sprint planning, while ensuring timely and high-quality feature delivery in an agile team environment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Proven working experience as a React Developer

Strong proficiency in Java Script, including ES6+

Experience with modern React concepts and workflows (Hooks, Context API, Redux)

Experience with state management libraries/frameworks (Redux, Mob X)

Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services

Experience with version control systems, such as Git

Ability to write clean, modular, and efficient code

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
