ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, an insurance company , is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team.

IT Business Analyst (5777/IBA/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve project requirements specializing on web and mobile applications

Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution

Execute User Acceptance Testing and report findings back to the appropriate teams

Coordinate with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure the business needs are prioritized and planned

Conduct post-project evaluation

Responsible for identifying, gathering, and documenting functional requirements in areas such as underwriting, claims, accounting, sales commission, and reporting, while serving as a critical link between business and technical teams

Requirements:
4+ years of professional experience

BSc in Information Systems or relevant field

Project management and sense of urgency skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Greek

Experience with best practices in web and mobile programming
