A renowned Greek winery with a strong presence in Greece and a growing export market is seeking to fill the position of Winery Tourism Executive. The ideal candidate will have WSPC Level 3 certification and will be responsible for providing visitors with unique and engaging experiences that highlight the winery’s quality, heritage, and culture.
The Role
- The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading guided tours of the winery, providing an in-depth overview of the wine production process
- Organizing and conducting tastings aimed at enhancing the customer experience
- Promoting and selling products, enhancing the visitor experience and strengthening the winery’s brand image
- Supporting commercial and communication activities aimed at maximizing product visibility and brand recognition
- Organizing events and contributing to the development of new and innovative ideas
- Degree in Oenology, Marketing & Communication, or Tourism
- WSPC Level 3 certification is a mandatory requirement
- Experience in organizing marketing and wine tourism events
- Creative with a willingness to develop new ideas
- Passion for wine and Greek gastronomy
- Skilled in guiding tours and communicating with visitors
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
- Strong teamwork spirit
- Pleasant, polite, and friendly personality with strong organizational skills, time management, and a sense of responsibility Reference letters from previous employers are required
