Italian-speaking Back Office Sales Department Officer

Responsibilities:
Order management and data entry.

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.

Collaborating with the sales department to ensure smooth workflow processes.

Communicating with customers and partners in Italy to resolve issues and provide support.

Required Qualifications:
Excellent command of the Italian language (written and spoken).

Experience with ERP systems, ideally ENTERSOFT.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar back office or sales department role.

Proficiency in additional foreign languages.
