Responsibilities:
- Handle back-office inquiries and tasks related to user accounts and social media content.
- Provide support for account verification processes and assist users with issues.
- Monitor content for compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve user issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Assist with reporting and analysis of user feedback and platform performance.
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in back-office support or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools.
