Danish Speaking Roadside Assistance Service - Hybrid from Athens

Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and professionally to roadside assistance requests from customers.
- Communicate effectively in Danish, ensuring clear and concise support for customers.
- Coordinate with local service providers to guarantee timely assistance.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, alternating between office and remote environments.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and software applications.
