German speaking customer service for notes taking application - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service support through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist users with inquiries related to the features and functions of the notes taking application.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Guide customers through technical troubleshooting and offer usage tips.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and improve the application.
- Stay updated on the latest application features and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Interest in technology and productivity applications is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
