Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a professional manner.
- Guide customers through product features, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry and product knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a remote team.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
