Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze suspected financial crimes involving money laundering, fraud, and other financial offenses.
- Review customer transactions and behaviors for any suspicious activity.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings to support compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Stay informed about trends in financial crime and regulatory changes impacting the sector.
- Assist in training and educating colleagues on compliance and risk management issues.
- Participate in meetings and briefings related to anti-financial crime initiatives.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Previous experience in anti-financial crime, compliance, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage complex cases.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, for this position.
