Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury cars, including features, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Educate customers about the brand's offerings and recommend suitable options.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the luxury sector, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Genuine interest in luxury cars and the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
