Czech Speaking Roadside Assistance Agent - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and professionally to roadside assistance requests from Czech-speaking customers.
- Provide clear and effective communication to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely assistance for customers in need.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately within the system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure during high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience working in a remote setup is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications.
