Czech Speaking Customer Service for PC Operative System - Hybrid from Athens

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat communications in Czech.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding the PC operating system's features and functionalities.
- Resolve technical issues and guide customers through the troubleshooting process.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to enhance customer understanding of the product.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and trends within the technology landscape.
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a technical support role is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a keen interest in operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.
- Familiarity with using digital communication tools and customer management software.
