As a representative, you will interact with Czech-speaking customers, handling their inquiries and resolving any issues related to products and services. Your goal will be to ensure each customer has a positive experience, promoting loyalty to the brand through your helpful and professional demeanor. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer support in Czech through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and feedback.
  • Address and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information about product offerings and policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to resolve issues and manage conflict effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative but autonomous work environment.
  • Familiarity with the tobacco industry is a benefit but not essential.
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools and CRM systems.
