Head the sales operation, teams and generate new sales deals Solicit business opportunities, new customers and new projects Follow up with existing customers and Assist the sales manager to implement the sales strategies, plans and to achieve the target sales
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Head the implementation of agreed sales plans to achieve business targets and expanding customer base in the target markets
- Head the teams for achievement of customer satisfaction in line with company vision and values
- Support and facilitate technical selling skills and product knowledge to sales team in order to provide effective presentation of our products
- Responsible for developing good client relationships and offering solutions to our Client's needs
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, E-mails, presentations, and follow-up activities
- Support the sales manager in directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
- Support the sales manager in achieving the sales strategies plans
- Responsible for supporting sales and profits achievement in the territory
- Support the development plans of the sales team’s skills
- Support the sales operations to generate new sales deals
- Handle all customers’ complaints and reply suitably, promptly without immense delays
- Collate market and competitor study to be handled to sales manager
- Appraise performance PMS of own team
- Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs
Job Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent French and English is a must
- Other foreign language will be an asset
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive Leader, Creative, ambitious & enthusiastic
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Strong Delegation Skills
- Creative and Self-motivated
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline preferable mechanical engineering
- Sales certificate will be an asset
