Job Purpose:
Create, manage, and maintain technical documentation related to Vehicle systems, equipment, and relevant processes within the framework of product life cycle documentation

- Bachelor’s degree of Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
Job Purpose:
Create, manage, and maintain technical documentation related to Vehicle systems, equipment, and relevant processes within the framework of product life cycle documentation
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document creation for clear, concise various technical documentation, including generating reports, flow charts, procedures, version control registers, safety guidelines, and system specifications
- Document management and establishing a system for organizing and managing documentation, such as implementing version control, maintaining a central repository, and ensuring proper access controls
- Cooperate with design engineers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather information and verify the accuracy of technical content
- Staying updated with standards and ensure that the documentation aligns with the required guidelines This may involve conducting research, attending workshops meetings, and working closely with regulatory bodies
- Submits project documentation to engineers management for approval, and transmits approved documents
- Confers with engineers, managers, and others to discuss project, prepare documents, or modify contract schedules
Job Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft office (Excel is a must )
- UML
- Auto CAD
- 3D CAD modeling tools (Solid Works,…etc)
- Reading Wiring Diagrams and Circuits
- Arcadia
- Desktop publishing software, content management systems (CMS), and collaborative platforms
- Good command of English
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Effective communication and coordination with team members are essential for producing comprehensive and reliable documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
