Job Description
BMS Design and Integration:
- Design and implement Building Management System architectures for HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems.
- Integrate new technologies and automation systems to improve building operations.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for BMS systems.
- Responsible for handling Presales activities including providing designs and/or recommended solutions, fulfilling all technical support needs to sales team in the Lo B.
- Along with suggested pricing of the suppliers and expected competition.
- Design highly technical solutions for the entire integrated solution components. (H/W, S/W license, network, connectivity…etc)
- Identify the service scope needed to fulfill the customer requirements
- Identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
- Review the technical components of the proposals that he is responsible for ensuring the efficient coverage of the customer requirements in these components.
- Prepare technical write-up and associated drawings that describe specific part of the solution and highlight the advantages of the proposed part.
- Study the available solutions of the competitors to be able to provide the optimum components emphasizing our strong points and hiding our weak points.
- Involve in customer meetings aimed to describe/discuss the proposed solution and highlight advantages over competitors.
Personal Skills

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:3-5 years of experience in BMS design, integration, maintenance, or troubleshooting.

Certifications:Relevant certifications (e.g., BMS systems, energy management, etc.)
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting controls, fire safety, and security systems.
- Knowledge of building automation protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, Lon Works, etc.
- Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainable building practices.
- Excellent communications, presentations and interpersonal skills.
