VMware and RedHat Support Engineer

Job Description
- Provide full lifecycle support for VMware infrastructure, including ESXi hosts and v Center.
- Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems.
- Support server provisioning, rebuilding, and migration tasks.
- Implement patch and version management for hypervisors and operating systems.
- Address software/OS-related issues, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Optimize system performance and manage capacity planning.
- Collaborate with other teams for endpoint security and backup solutions.
Personal Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
Technical Skills
- VMware certifications and Red Hat certifications is a Plus.
- 3-5 years of hands on experience in managing VMware and RHEL environments.
