HR Coordinator

JLL is looking for a HR Professional to support a rapidly growing high-profile account team. The scope of the role includes analytics and reporting, employee query management, data and HRIS (Workday) management and support to the wider HR team. Compliance and quality are at the forefront of this role, operating across the Americas region. This person will also take on project work as directed by the Sr. HR Business Partner.

The successful candidate will have outstanding system skills. This position requires an extremely professional and articulate individual with the confidence to deal with internal stakeholders and external candidates.

The successful candidate will also need to be flexible enough to regularly contribute to the delivery of other HR initiatives, as appropriate. We are seeking enthusiastic, analytical individuals, with a creative mind and a desire to learn and work collaboratively within the team. This role provides a real opportunity to make a difference to the company, by delivering HR and talent acquisition initiatives that will have a great impact to our overall people strategy.

What this job involves

  • Providing analytical and administrative support to the HR team
  • Supporting senior management with analysis/reporting as required
  • Working collaboratively with the team and on any other important deliverables
  • Oversee the on boarding and support of new starters across the organization in the Americas
  • Adding vacancies in our HRIS –Workday
  • Being responsible for data accuracy and changes in HRIS (Workday) and Client systems
  • Responding to candidates and employees in a timely and professional manner
  • Collating monthly recruitment reports for example, people metrics including headcount and attrition
  • Support HR Advisor with note taking during formal hearings
  • Other project work as determined by leadership

  • Strong analytical, writing and drafting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface credibly with external candidates and senior business leaders
  • Strong IT and system skills – preferably in Workday
  • Proven capability operating with and producing reports and analytics using Microsoft Excel
  • An interest in developing innovative solutions
  • Good stakeholder management skills: successful candidates will likely interface with many staff at more senior level to themselves. They will need a flexible approach; a creative mind; and resilience in the face of challenges to delivery
  • An ability to join the dots – matching business requirements with the resources they need; and delivering individuals aspirations and development needs
  • Strong inter-personal skills and take pride in being a personable team player
  • The personal resilience to manage challenges to delivery of key initiatives
  • Commitment to the organization – a desire to see strategic initiatives in the talent space rolled out successfully and to make a personal contribution
  • Must have a track record in a co-ordination / administrative role
  • Will be degree qualified or equivalent.
