Job description
We are looking for a motivated Purchase Officer. In this role, you will support various purchasing and logistics processes and contribute to optimization projects within the organization. You will collaborate closely with different internal and external parties to ensure an efficient flow of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Waste Management: invoicing of waste revenues, creating purchase orders, coordinating waste collections, and contributing to the optimization of waste processes.
- Consignment Stock: assisting with backup checks.
- Master Data: maintaining purchase information for raw materials.
- Reporting: updating reports and processing data for pricing and distribution overviews.
- Transport: monthly adjustment of fuel surcharges in SAP and Excel, liaising with new carriers, updating transport rates in SAP.
- Orders: creating annual purchase orders, weekly procurement of packaging and commodities.
- Packaging: keeping purchasing records up-to-date and collecting data for cost-saving projects.
- Other tasks: managing Share Point for price lists, processing asset and investment requests, and creating purchase orders for various departments.
Profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree. Experience is not required.
- You possess strong communication skills and excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- You are detail-oriented, assertive, a team player, and a problem solver.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis, organization, and presentation). Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English.
