Job description
- You lead and coordinate the operation of the production line according to the production schedule and set quality requirements.
- You motivate, organize, and support your team to achieve the best results.
- You closely monitor production parameters and intervene promptly when necessary.
- In case of production breakdowns, you coordinate actions and escalate technical issues to the technical department. All breakdowns are meticulously recorded, tracked, and reported to the Production Coordinator (weekend).
- You participate in production meetings and report directly to the COO.
- You ensure compliance with all standards and procedures regarding discipline, hygiene, order, cleanliness, quality, and safety.
Profile
- You have a technical background (education and/or equivalent experience).
- You have several years of experience in a managerial position.
- You have experience operating a forklift and hold the necessary certificates.
- You are alert, punctual, and have strong organizational skills.
- You motivate your team and are capable of achieving your goals both together and independently.
- You have a good command of Dutch.
- You are not colorblind.
- You will be employed on weekends (2 x 12h00 - alternating DAY / NIGHT - including holidays).
