Description du poste
To strengthen our Accounts team, we are looking for a Shop Visit Support Officer, who will focus on:
- Preparing and providing administrative support for Jet Engine Shop Visits to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
- Collecting information from customers and subcontractors to enable efficient administrative follow-up of cases.
Exigences du poste
- Education: a higher education degree.
- Technical Knowledge: preferably a basic understanding of jet engines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, English.
- Planning and organizational abilities.
- Precise and methodical work style.
Sp�cificit� du travail
Customer Communication
- Manage the exchange of administrative information with customers before, during, and after Jet Engine Shop Visits.
- Request and process necessary documentation for Jet Engine Shop Visits.
- Ensure traceability of parts and prepare LLP sheets.
- Compile, archive, and share repair records.
- Create and update the Bill of Work (BOW) and provide inspection reports.
- Set up projects in SAP and handle customer orders per contractual terms.
- Organize transport for engines, parts, and materials, including off-site repairs.
