Testing Specialist – Elevate the Quality of Digital Solutions in the Insurance Industry

What You’ll Do
1. Develop Testing Strategies

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the insurance sector.

2. Collaborate with Clients

• Engage closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable test plans and user-focused scripts.

3. Execute End-to-End Testing

• Lead or contribute to full-cycle application testing, ensuring every aspect of digital products is thoroughly evaluated from planning to execution.

4. Manage Stakeholders

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

What We’re Looking For
1. Expertise in Insurance

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the insurance sector, with at least 2 years focused on testing. Experience in life insurance is a significant plus.

2. Proficiency in Testing Tools

• Familiarity with platforms like Jira or equivalent tools to manage and execute testing processes.

3. Bilingual Skills

• Fluency in French and English is required. Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.

4. Strong Communication Skills

• Ability to bridge technical and business teams, delivering clear and precise communication to all stakeholders.

5. Proactive and Results-Oriented

• A hands-on, solution-driven mindset focused on achieving impactful results and ensuring client satisfaction.
