We are seeking a Tribe Test Engineer to design and implement testing strategies across teams, ensuring quality delivery through robust planning and execution. The role involves managing functional and non-functional testing (e.g., regression, performance, security) while collaborating closely with stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards. This hybrid role requires 50% on-site presence.
Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Experience:
• 6+ years in software testing, including test automation tools like QC, Cucumber, and Soap.
• Proficiency in structured and risk-based testing, software development life cycles, and workload estimation.
• Preferred Skills: Banking domain knowledge and advanced technical expertise are an asset.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and test strategy advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement overarching test strategies for all teams.
• Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end testing activities.
• Manage test coverage for features and contribute to epic-level initiatives.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.
