We are looking for a Technical Tribe Lead - IT Architecture and Agile Leadership to guide and steer the Omni Care & SME Tribe. This role requires a strong technical leader with deep expertise in IT architecture, agile methodologies, and telecom program management. As the technical counterpart to the Omni Care & SME Tribe Lead, you will shape the digital and IT development roadmap, ensure architectural compliance, and lead the technical vision for innovative, customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Steer the Omni Care & SME Tribe by driving the technical vision and IT development roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Architecture Chapter to ensure architectural compliance and alignment.
• Work closely with Business Partner Managers, Epic Owners, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to create and prioritize epics and features.
• Lead the resolution of production issues, communicate impacts to the business, and define action plans.
• Manage budget allocation, resource planning, and consolidation of business forecasts for the Tribe.
• Guide squads in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality, customer-centric software solutions.
• Facilitate strategic, tribe-level, and squad-level ceremonies to enhance innovation and alignment.
• Report on technical delivery during Quarterly Business Reviews, using defined OKRs and KPIs.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an IT leader with deep technical and architectural expertise across diverse IT domains.
• Extensive experience in ICT program management, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Strong ability to translate business visions into actionable technical requirements.
• Proficient in budget management and financial aspects of IT projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Agile leadership experience (certifications are a plus).
• Ability to create a trust-based work atmosphere and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Knowledge of AI technologies to enhance customer and employee experience.
• Familiarity with quarterly planning, KPI setting, and technical roadmap management.
