We are looking for a CI/CD Accelerator and Engineer to lead our Agile transformation and work closely with cross-functional product teams/squads. In this role, you will combine your Agile expertise with deep technical knowledge to roll out and continuously improve the CI/CD pipeline, while redesigning linkages and controls affected by the Agile transformation.
You will be an equal contributor and designer within the team, continuously exploring creative solutions by applying existing knowledge and learning new processes, products, and technologies. You will have the opportunity to provide technical and architectural input, influencing the evolution of the continuous delivery pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the roll-out and migration to the CI/CD pipeline, collaborating with the team to architect, design, develop, test, install, and improve the pipeline across teams/squads.
• Support squads during migration to the CI/CD pipeline by providing coaching, troubleshooting, and addressing impediments.
• Integrate controls into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring compliance-as-code where possible.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including automated tests for the CI/CD pipeline.
• Participate in Agile team activities, helping to prioritize, estimate, and coordinate daily tasks.
• Review and provide feedback on designs, code, unit tests, and technical documentation created by other developers.
• Collaborate with team members and offer guidance to junior developers.
• Conduct demos and solution presentations for teams and customers across multiple time zones.
• Coach teams/squads on CI/CD best practices, helping define actions to improve current practices and onboard to Agile.
• Continuously assess and validate improvements to Dev Ops practices and guide teams on evolving controls and best practices within the CI/CD pipeline.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams/squads.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and improving continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams on CI/CD practices and Agile adoption.
• Solid understanding of Dev Ops practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab, Circle CI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with "compliance-as-code" and integrating security controls within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting demos and solutions to teams in different time zones.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in technology practices.
