We are looking for a Dev Ops Coach and Acceleration Specialist, you will drive Agile transformation and accelerate software delivery by collaborating closely with cross-functional squads. Your role focuses on aligning software delivery practices with customer needs, fostering continuous improvement, and promoting a culture of customer success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal squads to drive Agile transformation, enhancing software delivery speed and quality.
• Streamline software delivery processes by integrating Dev Ops, security, and Agile practices.
• Align software delivery frameworks with customer needs for efficient and secure solutions.
• Serve as a coach and mentor, guiding team members and fostering technical leadership within squads.
• Provide strategic input on the continuous delivery pipeline and contribute to its evolution.
• Develop Dev Ops maturity roadmaps and advocate for common architectural patterns.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback is incorporated into tooling and practices.
• Engage with internal customers to understand and address their software delivery needs.
• Lead initiatives to streamline software delivery pipelines and promote compliance-as-code principles.
• Conduct demos and solution presentations for global teams, accommodating time zone requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT automation, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in IT/software delivery, with expertise in security-focused architectures and Paa S.
• Hands-on experience in Dev Ops practices (3+ years).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Cloudbees CI, Nexus, and Bitbucket/git.
• Automation and scripting skills (Python, Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with containerization platforms such as Docker and Open Shift.
• Strong Unix/Linux knowledge; additional experience in system engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and testing automation is an advantage.
