Project:

Reporting directly to the Director Maternity Services this role will work as part of our multidisciplinary team providing leadership, project management, clinical support and oversight for both our operational planning and improvement program across our maternity services. Working with internal and external stakeholders, including consumers, this role ensures our services approach to quality improvement remains contemporary, focused and based on the best available evidence.

To be Successful in this Role, you will have:

Excellent leadership and management skills with demonstrated experience in leading change to benefit our consumers accessing our maternity service
Extensive experience within the health care system, with a particular focus on improvement science, quality and safety and the consumer experience
Demonstrated ability in effectively developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, managing projects and leading change within a complex environment
Extensive experience within a large complex health care organisation.
